It is now possible to use your mobile number to pay at shops just by scanning a QR code, send/receive money locally within Sultanate of Oman, check your Wallet balance, and many other features at any time and from everywhere.
NBO's Mobile App (available for iOS and Android), in addition to being secure, offers a set of user friendly access to easily transact and conduct transactions. This service is available to all residents of Sultanate of Oman having a valid mobile number.

How to use:
1. Service subscription
You can now register for NBO Mobile wallet for FREE of charge. All you need to do you is download and install the NBO Mobile App.

- Register for the App (You will required to enter your ID Card Number, Verify yourself using the Authorization Code sent to your registered Mobile Number and using your debit card/PIN)
- Setup your username and password or enroll using your finger print
- Login to the Mobile App
- Browse to Wallet
- Tap on "Activate" Button
2. Load Wallet
You can Load/Recharge mobile wallet just by accessing your accounts through the NBO Mobile App.
- Login to the Mobile App
- Browse to wallet
- Select the account to debit
- Enter required amount to be loaded in the wallet
- Enter Authorization Code sent to your registered mobile number
- Confirm the process.
3. Transfer money
- Login to the Mobile App
- Browse to wallet
- Enter the mobile number of the receiver or select from your contacts
- Enter required amount to be transferred
- Enter Authorization Code sent to your registered mobile number
- Confirm the process
4. Withdraw from Wallet
- Login to the Mobile App
- Browse to wallet
- Tap on Wallet to Account
- Enter the account to withdraw
- Select your savings account
- Enter Authorization Code sent to your registered mobile number
- Confirm the process.
- Money will be transferred to your savings account, you can visit the ATM and withdraw cash
5. Unsubscribe
- Login to the Mobile App
- Browse to wallet
- Block Wallet
